1. General provisions concerning the service
1.1 Hidden in Hamburg offers puzzle games in which the participants try to solve puzzles within the given time and master the tasks set for them.
2. Duties of the participant
2.1 Escape room solutions are considered a trade secret. Partial or complete publication or disclosure to third parties is prohibited.
3. Cancellation
3.1 The booked date can be cancelled free of charge by email up to 2 weeks before the start time. If the experience has already been paid for in advance, a voucher will be issued in full. A refund in money is excluded. The costs for a cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start time are 70 Euro per room.
4. No right of withdrawal
Paragraph 312 g 2 No. 9 BGB does not apply to the acquisition of admission rights through online bookings. It follows from this that there is no right of revocation with regard to the declaration of intent which was submitted by the acquisition and execution of an online booking.
